Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or 
exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

We understand this may feel strict — but it helps us keep prices 
low and delivery fast for every customer across Pakistan.

In Rare Cases of Damage
If your item arrives visibly damaged due to transit, you may reach 
out to us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 
+92 328 2933641 with:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the damage
  • Your order number
  • Your full name

We review each case individually. Resolution is at the sole 
discretion of Fidexa Homes and is not guaranteed.

We do not accept claims for:
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation due to screen display
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Delay complaints within the standard 3–4 day window
