Terms of Service — Fidexa Homes

Welcome to Fidexa Homes. By placing an order or using our 
website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Products
All products are physical home organization and storage items. 
We ensure every item is quality-checked before dispatch. 
Product images are as accurate as possible — minor color 
variation due to screen settings is normal and not a defect.

2. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that:
  • The delivery address and phone number you provided are correct
  • You are available to receive the COD payment at delivery
  • You have reviewed the product details before ordering

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery
  • Please have the exact amount ready when possible
  • Refusing delivery after dispatch may result in your number 
    being blocked from future orders

4. Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices include the 
product cost only — shipping charges are added at checkout 
based on your location.

5. No Return or Exchange
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. 
Please refer to our Refund Policy for damage claim procedures.

6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3–4 working days. Delays caused by 
courier services, weather, or public holidays are beyond our 
control. We are not liable for such delays.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and logos 
belong to Fidexa Homes and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. 
Continued use of our website means you accept any changes.
